Tokyo After Dark 3 version 1.0
Welcome to Tokyo's dark and seedy underbelly. When the night comes the city does not go to sleep... a new city awakens... It is Tokyo After Dark!
This building is inspired by the typical Tokyo alleyways, with a slight cyberpunk sci fi flavor. The upper floor can be accessed from stairs and a door in the back of the building.
This building comes with copy and mod permissions. The design and the mesh is 100% original and all the textures were made specifically for this building. All the textures carry Advanced Lighting Model materials for higher realism.
The door can be set with different permissions on who can open.

I've bought all 4 of the Tokyo after dark series - not really a cheap thing to do, but the quality of the buildings justified the expense! Very great designs, material textures, doors that work (Kool script!), efficient use of space... it's just perfect!
Fantastic Design at a Respectable Land Impact Cost
This is an absolutely fantastic piece that works well in both grungy modern settings or a gritty cyberpunk design. The individual assets aren't designed to be moved around much since objects have Ambient Occlusion baked into a majority of the textures. Graffiti and posters are also baked directly into the object textures as well.
The LOD's are all well made and the structure doesn't deform too badly as you pan your camera back. LI bloat is very minor when sizing the structure up as well.
My constructive feedback would be that the number of diffuse textures could've been reduced slightly if AO's weren't all baked in and decal layers were used to create a similar effect. This would have also added some extra end user modularity, but that's really a small nitpick for what this is and the price of it.
All in all, fantastic work!
