The sword is fully created out of mesh parts and the UV layout of each part is carefully prepared to make it easy and reliable to texture. As parts of this sword could be easily modified, changed or even deleted. This sword has a potential customization and further awesome development. It could be used in any role play combat system in sl.

A linked mesh is consisting of 4 parts, each part has a few texturable areas to give you ability to easily texture the model as you wish & create interesting custom effects, like a glowing edge of the blade. As far as customization goes, you can even put down there a glowing animated rainbow. It is really up to you to decide what it is and how you want to develop it further.
