Up a flight of unique stairs, each with a glass inlay, you'll find the upper floor, which is done in the mezzanine (balcony) style. This upper floor features carpeting on the floors, black walls with embedded strip lighting, and a roof centred by a stunning skylight, through which you can watch the clouds roll over you all day and night long (which, trust me is, a lovely thing to do if you're curled up in bed with someone warm and wonderful). It also has a built in glass walled bathroom area in the corner of the upstairs, which is big and roomy enough to throw in a bath, shower, hot tub, toilet, basin, or all of these things, if you'd like.

This sky box feels spacious, but with a footprint of only 30m x 30m approximately, it will fit into many small blocks of land with ease (1024m minimum).
