This is a spherical skybox featuring a rotating alien solar system below.

1). Drag the rezzer to a place where you have permission to create objects
2). Click build on the rezzer to make the skybox
3). Move the rezzer box and the whole structure will follow
4). Once happy with the position click the rezzer box again and click clean to remove positioning scripts from build.

If when you finish building the skybox and removed the positioning scripts and the solar system does not spin just right click the solar system and it should start rotating again.
