I bought this product twice, hand it to her to engrave it, first one disappearred when ope while in busy mode so I chucked that up as being my fault, so bought it again and had it engraved, this time I gave it to my husband, he opened it and bam wasnt no bracelet in the folder, just notes and a dang pose stand, and she got to telling me about scripts and do I know how no copy work..yes I know, but I screen shot her the inventory and showed her wat was in the folder, and she had the nerve to say I had enough of you... well you got almost 1k from me and no product I shell report this to LL... you have a happy holiday
