The CustomerAlert is an avi scanner with extra capabilities, ment for shop-owners. It will warn you when customers enter your shop or home. It will also keep a list of all visitors, it can say a short welcome-text, and/or handout a notecard.
The CustomerAlert can exclude names from being detected, like your employees or renters. The owner can also list a complete visitors-list, or reset the list.
The size of the CustomerAlert is adjustable, as well as the visibility.
Easy notecard-configuration, many possibilities.
Use it yourself or give it to your employees, so you all know when your customers enter the shop-area. (shops with "alive" employees sell significant better as 'empty' shops).
Options:
* change the Range (1-96m)
* change the scantime(1 sec - ?)
* change the name (so you can make copies & use more Alerters)
* show (or no) floating (editable) text over the CustomerAlert
* welcome new arrivals (or not) with a (editable) welcome-text
* Give new arrivals a notecard (or not)
* change the size (from 0.30cm upto 3m)
* change the visibility (trans or not)
During scanning the owner can click on the CustomerAlert to open a menu, from where you can start or stop scanning, or ask for a list of visitors, or reset this list.
This handy little gadget will raise your sales, and give you room to move! Besides, it looks funny.

Due to a technical issue 1 CustomerAlert was sold without copy and modify rights. This customer received a fully working replacement the same day. The original Product as advertised here, has all the right properties of course.

Creator did as he said above, and sent me a fixed version of the product, and
DEMANDED I change my review. Not ask me politely. Customer service includes the
way you treat your customers, not just fixing your broken products. The fixed
product does work as described, but doesn't always detect someone in the store. I've
got 2 different detector scripts in my store, in approximately the same spot, and both
with the same scan range, and the almost-free one has caught a lot more visitors in
it's list than this product has.

Your permissions are set incorrectly. Due to the no-mod nature of the item, the
notecards inside are not able to be edited, thus the user cannot change the settings
notecard. I thought I'd see if there was a way around this by dragging the settings
notecard to my inventory, changing them, deleting the original, and dropping the new
one back in, but alas...as the item is no mod, this cannot be done. Since I can't change
the settings, there's no point in using this product.
