This extra small house seems bigger then it is, sporting a loft for reading and sleeping, a kitchen, fire place and even a build in bathroom!
The house it self is only 15 prims
Furniture included brings it up to about 35 prims.
-Pictures are of both with and without extra decor to give an idea of what you can do with your 512m lot
