understandable irritated I wrote a review which I have now removed and replaced with this one.
this item is great for the price. a little more subtle would've been nice ... but i have no problem with these ... they do exactly what they are advertised to do ..
this review isnt for the product however. its of the seller.
this is how you address issues. he did his due diligence on his end ... tested the product could not find the issue but did the proper steps. and sent a second delivery. with the unpack script removed to ensure the issue wasn't repeated.
no one reports when things go right.. people only call in when things go wrong and how you address it when they do - THATS the difference between a good service and a great one.
