Beautiful but it is only a rental

The the build is beautiful, and Faded set it all up in only a few minutes.
I didn't expect lovely little details like snow falling, trees waving, and the grass gently blowing in the breeze. I still have plenty of prims left to decorate.
But CAUTION, I thought I was buying a rezzer for a 1/4 sim, and that Faded would come to assist with getting the sim set up. (We all know the rezzers tend to be finicky when deployed.) I thought she'd be present to make sure things rezzed properly, make adjustments, etc.
That is NOT what this is, and I want people to understand.
You are only RENTNG the 1/4 sim. Faded OWNS it.
When you want to set up something else (I will change out this sim after xmas, not even 2 months away), then you just LOSE everything you paid for.
Not being the owner of anything has also led to some issues with control panels, inability to adjust snowfall/return malfunctioning items, etc.
Faded was nice enough to come out out twice, but was ultimately unable to resolve the issues.
I gave up, and will just enjoy it until after xmas, then return it and call it a lesson learned.
