FAYDED - Commercial Building

This commercial building is PBR-enabled and ideal for a grocery store, or other retail/commercial purposes.

Approximate Footprint: 45m long x 37m deep x 11m tall.

What's in the box:

1. Commercial Building Rezzer (PBR Version and Non-PBR Version) - click to rez, adjust, save the location, and delete the rez box.

2. Coalesced copy of the Commercial Building and Lighting System (PBR and non-PBR versions) in case you don't want to use a rez box. Go into edit mode, then drag the coalesced version out onto the ground and position as desired.
--The building itself is 71 LI, the Light System is 11LI, together they are 82LI.

3. Notecard with detailed instructions on how to use the lighting system and access the door security menu.

Features:

*PBR-enabled - so it will work with visitors who enjoy higher graphics settings, but will also look great for those will lower settings. If you do not use PBR, I have also included a version with no PBR, just in case.

*Overhead lighting system - This is necessary for most buildings that use PBR, as the nature of PBR is to reflect light properly - and buildings are dark inside without real lights! Touch the light switch on the wall to access the lighting system control panel for color changes, intensity, and access rights. You can also click directly on any of the lights to change the light intensity from minimum, to medium, maximum, or off without using the menu. If you do not use the PBR version of this building, you can delete the lighting system to save 11 prims (as it isn't necessary without PBR).

*Security-enabled doors - access the security menu to set the sliding doors to all access, owner only, custom list, or group access. Default setting is for all access.
