Dummy or filler buildings are the perfect solution for filling a city while conserving prims. In need of multiple buildings? Buy this building and others in a reduced-price fat pack (see the listings below).

This dummy apartment building is highly detailed and only 16 prims, 3 stories, and uniquely designed so purchasing this single building allows you to copy and modify and use again in the same city while looking like an entirely different building. That means you can create a TON of buildings with just one purchase.

The building is entirely modifiable so you can resize and copy as needed. If you decrease or increase the size of mesh, the land impact changes accordingly.

There are two door types included (wood and grungy metal).

All faces are fairly light-color textures, so you simply tint each part to match your needs. I have included 6 variations (all pictured) to get you started. Or, clear all the tinting for a plain gray building.
