FAYDED - Tradeline VanLife AddOn

Turn your Lusch Motors Tradeline van into a glorious home on wheels with FAYDED's VanLife Add-On, featuring automatic placement script for easy linking to your Tradeline vehicle, working internet TV, tintable and customizable textures, and 13 animations!

***You must already have the Lusch Tradeline vehicle in order to use this product!***

In the box you will find:

1. FAYDED - Tradeline VanLife AddOn (12 LI)
2. FAYDED - Tradeline Vanlife Addon - Visible Buttons (12 LI) This is an FYI object for those who want to change the animations or positions in the scripts.
3. Box of full perm textures - all textures and materials for this AddOn are included in case you want to customize them in Gimp or Photoshop.

This add-on is only 12LI, transforming your Tradeline from a van to a home!

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Rez your Lusch Tradeline (sold separately by Lusch Motors) (always use a fresh copy, don't lose your work!). Make sure you are working with the most updated Tradeline. To be sure you aren't rezzing an old copy, check for updates (it should tell you that automatically). As of the date of this VanLife release, the Lusch Tradeline is on version 1.12.

2. Click the Lusch Tradeline to get the menu and select "EDIT MODE."

3. Once the green floating text above the Lusch Tradeline says "EDIT MODE ON!" you can rez out the FAYDED VanLife AddOn next to the Tradeline van.

4. Upon rezzing the FAYDED VanLife AddOn, a menu will pop up asking for permission to automatically position the addon using the GMLS Alignment Tool - click "OK."

5. After clicking "OK" a menu will pop up asking to link and delink from other objects, click "Yes."

6. Local chat will indicate to "Please link this modification to your vehicle now." When you see that, go back into edit mode, and *FIRST* select the AddOn, then select your Tradeline *SECOND,* and click "Link." This order matters. If you select the AddOn last, you will need to start over again.

7. Upon clicking "Link," the FAYDED AddOn will then automatically position itself where it belongs inside the Lusch Tradeline, and will automatically delete the default backseats (or any other customization options that interfere) and invert the rear window behind the driver seat to allow for the TV mount. You will see the backseats move to above the van and turn red, and any other custom items will move out as well. These objects will automatically delete by themselves shortly after exiting Edit Mode, or you can go ahead and delete them yourself.

8. The VanLife AddOn is textured using both PBR and Blinn-Phong, to allow best appearance to all, regardless of individual graphic settings. These textures were kept in white/gray tones to allow manual tinting to your preference. Read the instructions below for tinting instructions (which are a little trickier with PBR textures).

9. Once the AddOn is installed (and tinted as you like, per the below instructions), I recommend renaming the vehicle and saving a copy so you know this version has your FAYDED VanLife AddOn and you don't have to go through this process again.

TINTING INSTRUCTIONS:

The wood base, comforter, sheet, pillows, bench seat, and even the kitchen counter, are textured to accommodate tinting using edit mode to match your personal taste. I have already pre-tinted the version in the box as an example, but feel free to change. I recommend tinting after you have installed the FAYDED addon to your van and have the van colors/theme set up how you like.

To custom tint, go into edit mode, choose "select face," then select the face of the AddOn you would like to tint and choose your color. IMPORTANT: You will need to apply the tint to BOTH the Blinn-Phong tint and the PBR tint boxes. If you only do one or the other, you or others may not see the tinted color due to individual graphics settings. You can ensure that the same color tint is applied to both tabs by copying the "Hex Code" in the color picker tab once you find a color you like, and pasting it in the same spot in the other texture tab's tint chooser box.
