GOOD: a house with many details (in high graphics) very well distributed, easy to edit

BAD: 258 prims, it is vastly heavy, so if you do not have a lot with vast prims it will not work, to see its details as in the photos you must have graphics that support the high option, generally the whole house is not as big as It appears in the photos, the rooms are quite small, so this can be an advantage for those who do not have many prims after placing the house or a disadvantage for those who do have vastentes things to put, in the store there is no demo available, so you risk buying it blind.

OBSERVATIONS: The house has a Victorian appearance, perfect for people who love classic atmospheres and on the other hand it has a touch of the tropics and typical hallowween sets (two things nothing else) so it can also serve as an eventual home for that date, but not only serves for that date, you can decorate it and use it as a daily house as in my case, if you are gothic or lover of the dark and thetrical environment will be a perfect home as it is for me.

I bought it especially with the idea of ​​taking an old and neglected house and then I repaired it with new textures and give it a new and careful look, just change the exterior walls for the moment and it looks like the ad says, proud and glorious xD la I recommend to all who can afford it.
