FC-Old Cottage Stable Boxed Set with accessories

Thanks for your interest in the FC-Old Cottage Stable boxed set.. Please read the additional items that come with it and their permissions and their individual prim counts. In total the prim count with everything is 157 prim. and has a foot print of 10x20m

This set comes with several items that add and enhance this build in almost any setting. It has two stalls for your horses or other animals and a living quarters. The two stalls have a touchable swinging gate that will open and close when touched. In the living quarters there is a main room and a loft that is accessable by a ladder. The building is surrounded by shutters and realistic windows. It also has touchable lanterns that ignite into a subtle flame when touched and illuminate a small area around them. The water troughs and hay are to add a little to the element is all. The water pump actually works and taps into the linden water supply. Using water with this will cost you no extra or monthly fee. Don't ask me how I arranged this but it wasn't easy. :D jk. But the pump does work when touched. Also this set comes with the campfire which can be touched to start the fire. And comes included with 8 stumps for sitting on. 4 female and 4 males. The female sitting stumps have a small rose on them cause its pretty. :D. Also if you touch the stumps you will be given a marshmallow on a stick and when you sit on the stump you can roast marshmallows with your friends. I thought it would be nice for gathering and comuning with friends and having some time together for just relaxing and talking.
