I'm making this build as simple as possible ... please rez in Edit ... if you mess up, don't worry, all items are copy. Please note the pictures were taken non-Windlight and on a laptop without a decent graphics card :-).
The main building is just 19 LI, fully furnished the package is 85 LI.
It measures 21 x 17 so I think would sit on a square 512 plot just fine - if not a 1048 is plenty.
The main building is Copy/Mod so that you can redecorate
The windows and shutters open and close on touch
The sofa and the bed have Multisit anims
The radiators have Multipose "leaning" anims
The bath is just for the ladies (sorry guys)
The fireplace has 2 fireside anims - the fire script is on/off
The wood burning stove has 1 fireside anim (standing)
The ottoman next to the stove has 1 fireside anim (kneeling)
The chandelier, floor lamps and bedside lamps can be turned on/off.
The pictures are Mod and Copy so that you can change the graphics
I hope the furniture package will be a good starting point for you - I have other items available in my MP store. I haven't included a loo in this apartment - it's too open plan! ;-)
