and base step with animated edges [on/off switch]

2 versions..

R400-A is standard size 5.5 x 5.5 (m) approx..
R400-B has a resize menu in dance floor base/step, with a delete script option,
(smallest [standard] -> largest 20x20) retains Land impact at Largest Size.
