Create the mood with this tool. If you like LOTS or just TRACE this tool will do it for you! A multiple choice driven menu box drops down when you touch this tool so that you can have balloons and party hats dropping over a wide area or smaller 20 meter area, choices will cause a semi- transparent look to more colorful drop. Choose how fast, how many, what size...you name it! (Suggests medium size for best look)!Play with it till you get the mood you effect you want for that birthday party!
Great part is .... it is copyable!

WHAT DOES IT DO?
----------------
This emanator does in one prim what should take many more. It allows you to poof multiple textures from a single prim! Just click the tool and a menu will appear. Click the type of objects you'd like to have appear, and you're set! You can also control the major settings of the emanator such as rate, area, and size. This ensures you have the exact atmosphere from the emanator you could want. And what could be better than that? :)

REZZING THE EMANATOR
-----------------------
Just find the emanator in your inventory after taking it out of the box and drag it to anywhere you like. Use the standard Edit interface to move it to anywhere you like. Different effects also can be created by the
height you position it.

FEATURES OF THE EMANATOR
----------------------------
Clicking the emanator will display a menu with a slew of options and controls. This section explains each of the features. If you have any questions, please IM Brooke Fairplay and I will get back to you as quickly as I can.

Help
Clicking this button gives you a copy of this note card.

Off
This button turns off the emanator. To turn it back on again, just click Balloons, Hats, or All

All
This will make both balloons and party hats appear randomly.

Balloons
This button will make only the balloon textures appear.

Hats
This button will make only the party hat textures appear.

Settings
Brings up the Settings menu.

Settings / Rate
This controls how often the textures are to appear. The smaller the number, the more frequent they will emanate, so a small change here can make a big difference in how many textures appear.

Settings / Area
This controls the diameter of area around the poofer where the textures will appear.

Settings / Size
This controls the size of the textures.

Settings/Reset
Something always needed and this feature makes it easier for you. Sometimes with SL issues scripts need to be reset. instead of having to go into tools to reset, I have added an easy reset button in the
settings.
