I got nothing when I paid for this item. No poses. just a "contact us" box. here's hoping they respond

Disappointing
I purchased this box set back on April 15 2020 to announce my fiance and mine engagement. I loved theses poses but i got the package and it was empty. Nothing unloaded into my inventory. I reached out to the creator and send a notecard requesting my money back or the items and I have still not heard anything or got my money back and its now October 21 2020. im Very disapointed.
