The textures are Fullperm, but only because SL doesnt have a better permission-system to use for creators.

You are NOT allowed to give the textures away for free.

You CAN use the textures in your own creations.
You CAN sell the textures when used in your own creations.
You CAN give away the textures when used in your own creations.
