[FH] Head Collar - Vulpine

A cool headcollar/muzzle/halti for the [FH] Vulpine Head!!

This is a rigged item and fitted only for the [FH] Vulpine Head!!

(fits for more heads may come later)

- Rigged Head Collar (normal and short nose Vulpine fits)
- HUD with loads of options
- Full perm textures for color tweaking

IMPORTANT:

- Any weird clipping or bugs will be fixed in an update

Textures are all Blinn-phong. I am unsure if I will do PBR textures in the future.
