WHAT'S IN A NAME
It is Complete Colour Series - Everything Blue. Meaning everything is of one main colour and in this case, blue which happens to be my favourite colour. I haven't been on SL for a very long time and once back in, I am a bit intimidated and a whole lot fascinated with Mesh which reminds me of Sims 3. I confess, I do not know a thing about mess, except maybe to re-texture and so the mesh items you see in this box is not my creation but the recolouring is.
For mesh items, you must have mesh enabled viewer (I suppose the latest of the SL viewers out there will do) to view them in full glory. And remember, you need to wear the alphas.
However the great thing about Everything Blue is the main product, which is the dress essentially can be mixed and matched. If you don't like the boots, wear your own! Don't like the cape, wear without it. Wear a jacket! It follows FISL's very main objective; affordability and flexibility with a dash of quality. Granted, it's not the best texture, but since this is sorta FISL's reboot, I hope you will let this pass, just once!
WHAT'S IN THE BOX
In 3 parts;
1. The dress
- The top is shirt layer. This must be worn.
- The underwear depends on which skirt you want to wear. If you choose the short skirt, then please wear short underwear. If you wear the gown, do wear the long underwear. If you are not wearing the skirts at all, well, pair the top with your favourite jeans or mini skirts!
- The skirts are either gown which is very long or skirt which is super short. The skirts come with a skirt resizer for easy resizing to fit your size. My avatar is a bit slim and so the first worn skirt may be a tad too small sized for some. Once worn, do the following;
Click anywhere on the skirt, choose ALL PRIMS, and then just + or - the % to fit yourself.
2. The cape
- this is a mesh item. If you see nothing or some odd shape, it means you need to upgrade your SL viewer.
- You must wear the alpha first - look for Cape's Alpha layer
- After that choose one of the sizes from XS to L. Normally M will do but if you feel it looks odd, go bigger or smaller, depending on your choice and comfort.
3. The boots
- this is a mesh item. If you see nothing or some odd shape, it means you need to upgrade your SL viewer.
- You must wear the alpha first - look for boots' Alpha layer
- Then wear the left and the right boots
- Boots can't be resized and if you see some skin poking out despite the alpha layer, you will have to conduct an immediate "surgery" on your legs to fit the boots. That is the problem with mesh.
IMPORTANT TIP
Instead of WEAR, use ADD or ADD TO WORN so that you can wear several layers at the same point or attach several items to the same point. This to me is one of the best addition to the new SL that I did not see long time ago!
All my products are No Transfer, sometimes No Modify and definitely COPY! And I prefer to box my items in a err.. box for convenience. So by all means rezz the stuff, copy to inventory, delete that rezzed box but do keep the original box that is in your OBJECTS folder or somewhere in your INVENTORY.. And all my copied items in the inventory will start with [FISL] so search for them in your inventory by using keyword [FISL].
I hope you enjoy this item.
