I ordered this product a while back and noticed that the baby possum bumper was slightly broken today after using it for the first time. I messaged Fluffeh and she gave me a solution that worked which was to have the item redelivered. I absolutely adore it and 10/10 would suggest it to others.

When I initially bought this bumper, one of them had the wrong sounds. I immediately contacted Fluffeh explaining the error, and within 24 hours received a new copy with the problem resolved!
