[FLC] Black Winter Hat (Add me)

This hat is cute and cheap so I bought it without realizing it is 'no modify'. No modify makes it almost useless. It might work if you only wear a hairbase. pkg contains only two items: a male hat and a female hat. I think the 'male' hat is just sized slightly larger, but still not large enough to use with hair!
