Please note that you are only purchasing a license to use the meshes and maps, not the actual ownership of the maps. This means that Flecha Warwillow retains ALL property rights to all maps, textures, and any mesh maps derived from these originals created from the mesh maps.

It is COMPLETELY FORBIDDEN to share the contents of this box with other avatars with all permissions. They cannot be sold, transferred or given away to any other avatars, persons or accounts with full permissions, in any GRID.
Objects created using mesh maps cannot under any circumstances be transferred to another avatar with copy and transfer permissions enabled.

There is no minimum sale price assigned. Once you purchase this kit, you can use it to your advantage as long as you do not violate the rest of the rules of this contract. You can:
-Use it as a group gift with your own textures (copy only / transfer only)
-Use it in a gacha (transfer only / transfer + modify)
-Sell it as a product from your store with your own textures or those offered as an example in this kit (Copy, copy + modify, tranfer, transfer + modify)

USE OF THE DAE FILE & GRIDS

This kit includes DAE files to help you make modifications to the design, and to help you customize it. SHARING THE DAE FILES is strictly PROHIBITED.

When you purchase this kit, you are offered a license to use in any GRID. This contract has the same validity.
You can upload the DAE file to the grid of your choice and use the kit to create your own product there. The rules regarding re-distribution remain the same.

MONEY BACK

No refunds are made to purchase products that have DEMO available, to be tested beforehand.
If the product does not have a DEMO, you must notify the creator FLECHA WARWILLOW of your disagreement with the purchased product, arguing where the error is. In that case it will be valued by us, being able to solve the problem denounced with an update, make a refund, or dismiss the claim because it has no basis.

DOUBLE PURCHASE

If you have made a double purchase of the same product, you can send a notecard to FLECHA WARWILLOW with the subject "DOUBLE PURCHASE" requesting the refund of the amount of one of the purchases.
In the event that both purchases were made with a different amount (because one was made under promotion), the amount of the last purchase made will be refunded, regardless of whether it is the highest or the lowest amount.
