Nothing to complain about, even if it was 300 I'd buy it cause it's full perm.

So, you can only shrink it down so much as a whole.
What you can do instead is edit the linked parts, one being the wrapper and the other the actual chocolate.
You then go to Object tab in the edit menu and just adjust the size down with the arrows or enter numbers yourself.
The slide stretch tool only go so small it seems.
