F&M * Treehouse - Morning Star Tree cottage

After a long, long search for a treehouse that looked nice and could easily fit on a 512 parcel, without being too prim heavy, being a smash spot, or crazy expensive, I finally found this one. It is hands-down the best one I found. It checks all of the boxes.
1. It fits within the 512 parcel limits; including the foliage.
2. At a very comfortable 45 LI, I have plenty of prims to decorate and landscape the parcel.
3. Quality textures that look realistic and not cartoonish.
4. Versatile. Although marketed as a medieval structure it does not scream it and can be put in a modern setting.
5. Last but not least, it clocks in at under L$550! A real bargain compared to many items that don't come close to the quality of this build.

I highly recommend this treehouse.
