Mesh is not like prim! Resizing a mesh build could increase the LI. Mesh textures also don't work like prim textures, a mesh usually only uses a couple of faces defined by uv maps, which means you are not able to retexture this product inworld in a suitable way.

The mesh and textures are well developed, and the price is amazing i only wish letters came from a rezzer for easy and fast set up but still a beautiful product.
