This item should have more positive reviews.
It is perfect for flat-roof houses, even those with a little slant. The snow roof can be resized without increasing the LI. That being said, you can make it flatter or even smaller.
The one odd thing is the snow particles. Since it is a roof, snow particles just make it snow inside your home. I mean if that's your thing, have at it. I however recommend just deleting the script from the object.
In short, great product at a great price, and a buy recommendation.
