The house r fully mesh,and total counts of prims is 63.

It could be great
This builder has great ideas. Build is clean and well designed. At this point in time, builds need ambient lighting. Houses like this, with no shadowing, shading or light pools on the floor from windows leave it looking like a cartoon. Yes, the textures are lovely, but the house is lacking the tonal depth it needs to be outstanding. I would like to encourage this builder to take on the ambient shadows and I bet these builds will be top-notch on the housing market.
