[FOPS] Aesthetic Role (RP Gadget)

This is a handy gadget primarily for roleplayers! It allows you - with simple and easy to use commands - to format your text inline and have it posted to chat with some really fancy formatting.

It makes use of unicode and a simple inline command structure to print your text out in a variety of fonts, even only sections of your text while leaving the rest untouched!

The available fonts are:
- Default (Sans Serif)
- Italic (Sans Serif)
- Bold (Sans Serif)
- Bold-italic (Sans Serif)
- Italic (Serif)
- Bold (Serif)
- Bold-italic (Serif)
- Double
- Wide
- Subscript
- Superscript

- Soviet (A faux-Cyrillic style)

Lastly, it has a simple to use dice roller built into it, for the same purpose. It uses a nDx+m format, so you can roll any number of dice, of any number of sides, and add a modifier to each dice when you roll them.
