PROMO PRICE: Unusual setting for your next meeting...party venue or home that will stand out from the crowd. Low-prim multi-level, multi-space structure--will make you and your guests feel you're in the middle of a dense forest. This build is perfect for your Elven, Furry, even "Avatar" roleplay, or just for anyone who loves living in the heart of nature.

The structure is copy/modify so you can customize. Living areas inside the cave tunnel create a cozy home; a spacious area under the structure gives a private ambience, surrounded by trees; the top platform can be completely open to the sky or partly enclosed by a Dome with transparent sky views at the top and trees around, for a feeling of being enfolded by tall evergreens. A spare copiable pine tree can be used to completely block the ground entrance, or you can choose to leave it open. (See the photos for glimpses of all these spaces.)

The footprint is just shy of 32m by 32m for a good fit on a 1024sqm parcel. The structure plus trees plus dome is 94 prims in total. Many, many extras are included--see the list just below.

This build works well as a skybox, too--it's finished underneath and of course enclosable by the included Security surround 2-prim object.

This price is for the short term only, to introduce a somewhat out-of the-ordinary product.

***Two phantom linksets of trees to surround the Retreat

***A phantom dome to protect the privacy of your parties/meetings on the Platform (see the sunrises, days, sunsets, and night skies from inside while keeping the feeling of 'surrounded by a forest')

***Two types of 'tree trunk' table and colored stools, a long trestle bench, a bed, a privacy screen for the bed (or anything else!), a long table with golden decorative vases and plates, and copiable torches for your living space inside the giant tunnel/cave

***A 'spare' tree (copiable) to block the entrance area if you wish

***An extra scripted fire pit---can be used in the ground-level area

***A Security Surround, two prims, transparent inside but with Forest texture outside, to lock out any unauthorized persons

***21 different Pose chairs/thrones, only 2 prims apiece: Six different sit poses plus unscripted sit--each of those in three sizes (for small, average, and large avatars)---all copiable
