FPS Sim Server HUD v2.0

I have created a second, more powerful version of FPS Sim Server HUD. This improved version offers advanced features.

HUD Features:
FPS Display: The script will display the current FPS of the sim when the user clicks on the HUD.

Update: Users can start and stop the FPS update by clicking on the HUD.
