Nice little setup, don't let the prim count scare you
This is actually a very worthwhile setup, and worth getting.
And if you are comfortable in knocking out excess prims, this can be made significantly smaller. This is an old building so not very efficient, but I was able to knock it down to under 200 prims by removing excess things not needed. Or replacing them with new low prim ones. Like the DJ booth, which was 96 prims by itself. Or the 4 couches at 22 prims each.
