FREE GIFT! Mar's Castle Skybox

When I got my very first little plot of land in SL, I built a castle skybox to live and work in. It was a beginner's effort, but not bad (if I say so myself!) and - if you've been following my blog since the very beginning - you'll probably remember seeing pics of me in the garden of the skybox, sorting through my inventory.

I decided to re-make the skybox, now that I can build a heck of a lot better than I could back then, and I'm offering it as a freebie to SL, as thanks for all the fun times I've had in-world, and all the great people I've met.

PLEASE NOTE: The prim count given in the image above is with just one fireplace rezzed upstairs, which is how I originally created it. If you want a second fireplace rezzed downstairs, then the prim count will rise to 42, as per the product description.

Some info about what's in the folder:

- The skybox = 24 prims with a 20m x 20m footprint

- One upstairs fireplace = 6 prims

- One downstairs fireplace (slightly taller chimney!) = 6 prims

- One touch on/off particle flame fire grate = 3 prims

- The doors are simple click-to-open ones. Add your own security scripts if you wish :)

If you rezzed two fireplaces (one upstairs and one downstairs) the total prim count would be 42 prims, leaving you plenty of prims for furnishing, even on the smallest plot.

The whole thing is copy/mod, meaning you can rez as many as you like and re-texture as much as you want (the exception to this is the fire grate, which is copy only, as per the permissions granted by the creator on the fire particle script).
