all u need to do is put the script in the object you like and a dialog automatically appear,
the dialog will explain every step shortly and simple for a total of 3 steps:

1.axis – Each axis you choose will increase/decrease the value by 0.25.
2.speed – choose the total speed.
3. done / alter - pressing done will finish the dialog.
pressing alter will sand you back to the start of the menu to make changes.

instructions
1.put the script in an object and start using!
2.the dialog will be timed out after 10 minutes in order to make the script more efficient
3.the total rotation per second is: axis * speed for example if x=0.5 and speed = 2 the rotation per second =1 (0.5*2)
4. if the speed has a negative number it will spin the other direction
5.you can always refresh the script by restarting it and dialog will appear again
