Multi sided docking hub for several boats. Each boatslip is equipped with a "sun" roof option, opening and closing to give room for the mast. Or a drydock option with electrical winches (purely deco).
Above the roof a crows nest for those late night get togethers to enjoy a drink accompanied with the best oceanic views SL can offer.

This set includes an extra deck to make the ramp leading to the hub as long as you need.

*set does NOT include the boats.
