[FSS] For Sale Sign Version 1

Just a fancy for sale sign that you can use to notify those that a place is for sale!

This sign is completely modifiable, you can recolour, retexture and resize it to your liking! The texture on the sign is tintable! And if you accidentally lose the texture on the sign, I have included the texture in the box for you to reapply, or you can rez a new one!

All items are textured and meshed by ღᴍᴇʟᴏᴅʏ ɴᴏᴠᴀ ꜱᴛɪɴɢᴇʀღ (thegeekwithglases1999), please IM that account for any issues etc.
