High quality, materials enabled chair. Normal and Specular maps add depth and realism to the item. Includes two styles, one is new premium leather on a powder coated stand. The other is worn out scratched leather on a pealing, painted steel stand.

The chair and stand are 2 different objects and can be unlinked.

Plain shadow maps to create custom textures.
Worn out metal and leather chair textures.
New metal and leather chair textures in
gray, brown, black, and cream colored leather.

PERMS: the chair and all
the surface textures are full perm.
