FULL PERM Passkey system for parcel.
Works similar to the passkey system on HBC.
How many avatars can register for 2 hours, can be adjusted via the object description.
A passkey is given for 2 hours, if the person has a passkey, he can renew it at any time.
If the person does not have a passkey, she has 10 minutes to register. If they do not register, or no passkey is more free, or the 2 hours have expired, the persons are sent home without a passkey from the parcel.
So this single it must not be sold or given away. The script may be sold with copy rights in a self-made passkey.
If major changes are made, such as script changed to more than 50%, it can be passed as FULL permissions.
