The badge texture is a stand in texture, if you want a custom texture for your department please IM me in world so I can create badges for you.
6/10/208 Update:
Everything is now mesh, and prim count total has dropped from 4 to 3.
The ribbon rack is scripted to change flags and ribbons now.
Did away with old fat psd and made a nice sleek rack.
The badge itself is now 3D
This is a full perm Object. please do not give it away for free , please give to others in your department with mod/copy or mod/trans. This is meant for Police chiefs who are looking to use a more fancy badge for their department.
