You may not sell it full perm. Remove "transfer" before selling.

You may not sell it "as-is", without your own touches -- at least texture it, okay???

This is a "problem" house, in that it presents the designer with a number of issues. The downstairs must be planned in conjunction with upstairs usages, particularly bathrooms.
