PLEASE NOTE: This is only the 3rd floor & roof. You need the 1st and 2nd floors to complete the building!
Merely edit linked object to raise the roof, for easy observation & placement of furnishings, then lower the roof back on. It helps to copy/paste the "z" of the roof if you have trouble eyeballing it.
This section fits perfectly if you hit the "sweet spot". If you miss it, try, try again, it's worth the effort. If you absolutely can't get it, wait until the next workshop to see how to fix it and make it work the way you want it to.
Yep, 241 prims, all right...however, if you want to get down to low numbers, like around 50 prims like the two lower floors, merely eliminate or take out the balustrade on the balconies -- that's where the prims are highest, but
gosh, the balustrades looked so great, I decided to
leave them in and let you decide.
