A brand new hybrid cave and cave entrance for the #fyicavesystem.
This cave features some lush, undersea plants and vegetation. At the back of the cave is an opening for [FYI] Cave Tunnel Systems to connect to so you can use this underwater grotto as a cave entrance.
However you can also not use a cave tunnel kit and just have an opening at the back of the cave to swim through and such.
The top of the cave is flat and is designed so that you can place what you like on top. Whether it is a house, fountain, rocks, or even another cave from the [FYI] Cave System!
This cave is a fantastic start for mermaids and other underwater caves. FYI has other underwater caves that will compliment this cave so you can use it to build a large dream cave system.
The cave measures roughly 30m x 30m. Like nearly all FYI products, you can come see the demos in world.

This is exactly what I needed for my land, and the flat surface on top allows me to place a campfire and seating for surface dwellers to enjoy. Nicely done!

As a mermaid, I have always wanted a way to blend the above and below water level living. I have tried so many times on my own and it never looked as fabulous as this build. This build provides a undersea cave, an above the water grotto and and an area above that for a house or garden scene. That's three completely different types of living space in one build. The textures are soft and natural, beautifully rendered. This has greatly simplified what I have been trying to achieve for a long time. And even more wonderful...I love that I can change the size to fit my property. Thanks to creators who allow copy/mod! This is definitely a favourite!
