A mesh, material beach. It features a small dock, a few palm trees, and rock grotto. This is a perfect cay for an ocean, it can also work for a lake if you need it to.

This mesh beach can be resized. By default, the beach area is about 55m x 56m, with the rocks being a little larger. It can be sized down to fit your needs, and the land impact will go down.

The land impact is 99 at the default size.
