A cinder block building, that's smaller in size (roughly 19m x 20m).

The bricks are damaged, the floor is ruined, and the windows are so dirty you can barely see through them.

This industrial building goes great in a post apocalyptic sim or a destroyed, abandoned city or ghetto sim. You can use it for a house, store, or whatever you like. It's a very versatile building.
