Andorian Flabbjellah with animation gesture

The Flabbjellah is both a musical instrument and a weapon that Andorians prefer to carry with them at all times. There are two reasons for this. Firstly, the Andorian language is a tonal language. It's beginnings are in music. Andorians feel music deep within their bodies. Music is central to their lives. They sense music as a 7th sense through their antennae.
The Flabbjellah is a wind instrument similar to a flute. It had a large colorful button on both sides which activates/deactivates either a compressor or a distortion to the tone as it is played.
There is small power source within that allows the flabbjellah to become a pulse weapon by simultaneously pushing both both center buttons.
