Great Natural Texture
I would definitely recommend that Fabri Lab remove the negative comment. This Texture is inequivalent and superior to any I have encountered on MP. It does not deserve a one-star rating just because a content creator could not use it in their creations!

Great Textures, Bad TOS
I bought these textures and agreed to the TOS, which are subject to change without notice which means of course that I could never use them in a build I sold or in anything that matters to me.
By the way, Killer textures, never seen better.
