After rezzing one of the designs, a pop up will ask
you what you want to do. Choose 'Change Url',
then go to your facebook group, site, photo,
comment or whatever and copy the link to it. Paste
(write) this link in chat in second life and hit return.
Finished!
Now everyone who clicks you facebook hand will
be lead to your facebook site and can read,
comment or like your site. The click will be
counted. To see how many people clicked your
facebook hand, simply click the hand and you will
see the result in chat.
Rez as many as you like, modify them - you can
even wear them and advertise wherever you are.

It is wonderful. Just remember to close all chat windows before replying to it's url request. I don't know if we still use channels anymore, but that would be helpful. Really though, this item is perfect. Thank you for making a perfect "must have" also reasonably affordable.
