With your purchase you will receive 2 facial piercings. One is in silver and the other is in black. They are both copyable and modifiable. The piercings you see in the picture are all linked together and attaches to your mouth. If you need to modify any pieces, there is a NC explaining how.
You will also receive a posestand to help you with modifying without having your avitar move all over the place.
Please note there is no refunds and Enchanting Silhouettes is not responsible for items deleted by SL, you will need to contact LL.
