Arguably the largest Mansion in Second Life having over 30 rooms, There is a Grand Hall that is three stories high with four princess balconies.The house has two stair cases that were inspired from the grand Titanic Stair Case. The house contains 6 stately fireplaces and the house itself was built based upon the architectural floor plans of a real life manor house.
Given the elaborate attention to detail and the extravagant elegance of the rooms the land impact is 3346 prim.

Being the proud owner of Hatfield House Manor,,,I was inclined to double my pleasure with the purchase of Fairfax House Manor. Once again the detail and sheer elegance of the design is more than reason enough to live in such a fine and creative build. Romin McDonnell's obesession in building is a blessing to any that would seek a sense of presents and well being in their life.
This Build is deserves a 5 Star rating for the effort and care taken in its construction. Well done Romin

My main hobby in SL is collecting homes, and I am a very discerning buyer... and every time I purchase one of Romin McDonnell's homes, he always seems to outdo himself! This is so far, by far his most beautiful build that I have seen. This estate is palatial, with the most gorgeous textures and detailing throughout the estate. The grand staircases that he has used are so beautifully detailed, and the wood texturing is rich and luxurious. Honestly, if you want one of the most beautiful and stunning new builds in SL, with this amazing mansion you absolutely cannot go wrong! I am so pleased!
